2. Place Your Order
Complete your order by paying the required deposit.

3. We’ll Contact You
Within 24 hours, we’ll contact you via WhatsApp to collect your photo and discuss all the customization details.

4. Design Approval
We’ll create a digital preview and send it to you for approval before production begins.

5. Production & Delivery
Once you approve the design, we’ll start creating your personalized item and prepare it for delivery.

Please Note:

• Sample designs are for inspiration.
• Choose a sample or select “Other” for a completely custom design.
  
• A deposit is required to confirm your customized order. Cash on Delivery is not available for customized items
• Your deposit is fully refundable before design approval.
• Production starts after your approval.

• The deposit is non-refundable once the final design has been sent to you, approved by you, and the production process has started.
