Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any ready-made or customized items unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please include clear photos of the item and its packaging. After reviewing the issue, we will arrange a replacement or refund, where applicable.
Order Cancellation:
* Ready-made orders may be canceled only before they have been shipped.
* Customized orders may be canceled only before the final design has been approved and before production begins. Once production has started, the order cannot be canceled, refunded, or modified.
