* Orders containing both ready-made and customized items may be shipped together once all items are ready.
Customized Orders:
* A 50% deposit is required to confirm all customized orders.
* A member of our team will contact you to review and confirm all customization details before production begins.
* Once the final design and order details have been confirmed by the customer, no further changes or cancellations can be made.
* Once the final design and order details have been confirmed, the 50% deposit becomes non-refundable, and production will begin.
* Please note that colors may vary slightly from what is displayed on your screen due to different monitor and device settings.
Shipping Fees:
* Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.
* Enjoy FREE delivery on orders of EGP 800 or more by using the promo code “BLOOMFREE” at checkout. (Replace “BLOOMFREE” with your actual promo code if you choose a different one.)
